Cancellation Policy
If you arrive late 15 minutes the appointment it will be canceled. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which you will be charged a $10 late fee. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to receive service, and the remaining balance can be paid with credit/debit only. No Cash App payments are accepted. No refunds after service is concluded. If deposit is paid with after pay the remaining balance Must be paid up front. No extra people will be allowed to sit in the treatment room during the service. No food or drink will be allowed into the treatment room. If a service is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% charge will be applied. A no show will be charged 100% If you feel sick or have been around anyone with covid 19 please notify in advance to reschedule or cancel.
